The Reading Pen

Here is a wonderful piece of technology!
  This pen can be used with any printed text. Just pick up a book and start reading. When you get stuck at a word, run the Reading Pen over the word and it will speak the word to you.
  The pen scans, defines and pronounces the word or many words for you. How cool is that?! It can read one word or an entire line of text. If you don't want anyone around you to hear it, there are also head phones along with the speaker.

OK, here's something else I just learned that the Reading Pen can do....... First, you need to know that there are different models of the Reading Pen. One is called the Note Taker. This pen can scan and record up to 500 pages of editable text that can be then downloaded to a PC. Just think of that! Whether you are dyslexic or not.......... you can take notes as you read and then download them into your computer. And you can edit the text once it is downloaded! Every high school and college student I know is thrilled with this feature.
